This is the base plate you would choose to bolt your adjustable house stump down onto concrete pier where additional strength is required. A 14mm bolt clearance hole on each corner of the baseplate (4 Bolts) gives you greater stability than the 2 Hole variant. Installation is straightforward using a chemical anchoring fastener.
