I'm an owner builder and was looking for a stump system and a builder friend recommended Level Master. Best thing we ever did, these stumps are amazing. After concreting the stumps in we were able to micro adjust the height of each stump with the laser level to get perfect levels for the floor beams. The team at Level Master were fantastic, service 10 out of 10 and super helpful with our questions. We also used their stair runners so simple. Don't waste time looking around they are very competitive and there products are of the highest quality. The other great thing about these stump if any settling occurs you can easily raise the height of the adjustable stump caps. Best of all they are an Australian Company. After thorough investigation I called quotes on a number of suppliers of galvanised stringers and stair treads. I was attracted to LevelMaster's design as most suitable to my circumstances. LevelMaster was certainly most attentive. I requested a quote on 29 July 2020. They responded almost immediately to inform me they would provide a quote the next day, which they did. After a quick response to a minor query I had, I accepted the quote the same day and made payment. My shipment was delivered from Brisbane to my Sydney address lunchtime 4 August 2020, all in good order. I'm impressed. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. (I'm still waiting to hear from the others I contacted).

Bought 3 flights of Merbau stair-treads. The timber was 1st quality and finish perfect with a non-slip strip milled into the edge. Delivery was fast (to Sydney) and the treads were packed in pairs face-to-face to protect the finish. Recommended!

Just completed my 2nd set of Levelmaster stair stringers, which were a delight to install. All the engineering and measurements are spot on, plus the stringers are adjustable if the ground sinks. I know that I can return in the future and adjust the stringer plates, and that saves doing the job again from scratch.The last set specified aluminium treads. I found the non slip extrusion to be excellent in the wet, and I was impressed with their hardware kit. Everything was supplied - nuts , bolts, end plates and pop rivets. I only needed the tools. My customer was delighted with the final finish.I would heartily recommend the guys at Levelmaster for your next project. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!..... Craig @ LevelMaster is the friendliest most helpful guy you could possibly imagine and their Level Master Piers are sooooo much better than the other flimsy garbage options through other manufacturers out there.We've just finished installing 36 of their adjustable piers under a 120 year old house and this product made it so easy it was almost a pleasure to do. Their stuff is super heavy duty in construction but moves like a hot knife through butter when your adjusting the levels.Now a last little bit on Craig... Dude is the best. We've called him at 9pm at night to order last minute stuff and he's answered the phone... And the best part is that when you order with Craig and LevelMaster the stuff arrives almost before you've hung up the phone. How many other businesses can you say offer customer service like that in Australia?Last but not least.... THEY ARE CHEAP... AND NOT IN A BAD WAY... Their top notch products are at least 1/3 cheaper than the nearest competitor and that's including postage. We are in NSW and they are in QLD so it was a surprised given the weight of the pier toppers that the postage came to less than the average meal at Hungry Jacks...lol.Keep up the awesome work guys, we love you. Just got the back room and the Kitchen to go but with LevelMaster we know it will be super easy.
