At LevelMaster, we believe in supporting the hardworking individuals who build, drive, and sustain Australia.

That’s why we’ve partnered with TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) – a free and confidential mental health support service for tradies, truckies, farmers, and blue-collar workers. From now on, $5 from every LevelMaster order will be donated directly to TIACS to help fund professional mental health support for those who need it most.

What is TIACS?

TIACS is a free text and call service providing easy access to professional mental health support. It’s designed to remove barriers such as cost and long wait times, ensuring that tradies and other blue-collar workers can get the help they need without stress or financial burden.

TIACS provides:

  • 8 free, confidential counselling sessions with qualified professionals
  • A direct text or call service (no referral needed)
  • Ongoing support with the same counsellor
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8 am – 10 pm AEST

If you or someone you know needs support, call or text 0488 846 988 or visit TIACS.org to get started.

Why LevelMaster Supports TIACS

Mental health is a crucial issue in the trades and construction industries. Long hours, high physical demands, and job pressures can take a serious toll. Yet, many in these industries don’t seek help due to stigma or lack of accessible services.

At LevelMaster, we know that strong foundations aren’t just for buildings – they’re for people too. We want to do our part in ensuring our customers, team members, and the broader community have access to the mental health support they deserve.

By donating $5 from every order, we’re making it easier for TIACS to continue providing free, professional mental health support for those who need it most.

How You Can Help

Every time you place an order with LevelMaster, you’re contributing to this vital initiative. There’s no extra cost to you – just a simple way to give back and support mental health in the industries that keep Australia running.

More importantly, if you or someone you know is struggling, we encourage you to reach out to TIACS. The first step is just a text or call away.

Want to do more? You can donate directly to TIACS at TIACS.org.

Together, we can build stronger foundations – for our projects and our people.
